If you're talking about using the offline activation option in the TurboActivate wizard, you should know this option is presented in 2 different cases:
- The user tries to online activate, but it fails due to an Internet connection problem. (The offline activation option is shown on the error screen).
- The user's trial period has expired, there's a "More options" button on the first screen, clicking that will show the offline activation option.
But back to the original error -- what's wrong? What error are they getting? Tell them to type wyday.com in their browser. Do they see our website or do they see an error page?
