If there's no internet then wyUpdate can't check for updates or download the update if it's available. If the internet is disconnected after a update downloaded then everything will work fine (wyUpdate doesn't need an internet connection after everything has downloaded).

wyUpdate as a standalone updater will return an error code. The AutomaticUpdater will call the DownloadingOrExtractingFailed event.
