There's not enough information. My guess is that you didn't include TurboActivate.dll with your app (or worse, you included the wrong architecture [i.e. the x64 version when your app is 32-bit]).
EOthHi,First time i'm using TurboActivate !Everytime I use one of the TurboActivate functions I get this error : The application was unable to start correctly (0x00007b). Click ok then close the application.
