Cinema Grade Plugin can't register on Mac Monterey M1AnsweredLocked

This is a follow up, the company does not want to help me and call you on that, I don't know what is the kind of company, but they told me they don't have time for me.
So in other word, I have problem registering their software on my mac, it always says that my serial number is NOT valid. I have 2 serial and both of them are not working. I have premiere, FCPX and resolve on that computer, I don't know if it could be the issue, I even upgrade to Ventura, uninstall and re-install with no success. I don't know if there a conflict with the trial that is expired, I really don't know what to do, I really need help please.
