I need an invoice for the purchase and have written an email as stated. No Answer. 2nd mail = no reply 3rd mail = no answer. very bad service
Receipts are sent immediately (you should've already gotten that and your product key). If you didn't receive either, check your spam folder.
We do invoices in batches once a month. They're done manually, and thus a human needs to take time out of their day to process them.
Sending the same email multiple times doesn't make things go faster. The squeaky wheel gets no grease from us. Sorry. 🤷♂️
