Cinema Grade Plugin can't register on Mac Monterey M1AnsweredLocked

Hi, the company said to me that I have to reach to you to get it work. Even when I enter the right key from them, it says that it can't register and I can only install the trial version.

Please help me. They were not able to fix it with me

Unfortunately they were wrong to send you to us. We do not provide support for our customers' customers. Never have, never will. There are a variety of reasons.

They need to help you. And if they have problems using our products they need to reach out to us so we can help them.

Unfortunately we have 0 control over our customers products, which means we have 0 insight into how they are using the client-side APIs (and where bugs might lie).

So, reach out to them again (even point them to this topic if need be) and if they're having trouble diagnosing the problem they can reach out to us and we'll help them solve it.
