Yet another TA_E_ENABLE_NETWORK_ADAPTERS errorAnswered

Hello,

we have a customer that is unable to activate our software, showing error 28.

See screenshot of their devices here: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/762961357879902208/999685782593867877/unknown.png

- this is a real machine
- all devices, including hidden ones, are enabled, and so are network interfaces.
- i tried using the latest turboactivate standalone activator, and it also shows the same error

what actions can I take to have the software activate on this machine?

Thank you!

Integrate the latest TA into your app. Don't switch back and forth between 2 different versions. Start there. The latest version has been out for a year with 0 problems.

Always use the latest version.

Literally the first thing I see in that screenshot is broken “RAS Async Adapter”. Remove the hardware, fix the driver. Or both.

Fixing drivers is covered in the FAQ.

Also, update the windows to the latest version.

- our application is running the latest version indeed. I tried with the external application as a double check that all was good

- windows is indeed up to date

- why do you say it is broken? your message says to enable disabled interfaces. That is just a hidden one.

“Fix your drivers” is not an answer you can tell a customer, as they could very well reply “fix your software” and they would be right to say so. Their drivers and hardware is running fine, as I've had the chance to do diagnostic remotely.

Any more suggestions? This is not covered by the FAQ or update and tell it is not supported to have hidden devices. You tell the customers that they need their devices and interfaces enabled. They are enabled. If the RAS Async Adapter is an issue, then you must fix it or document it in your FAQs, because as it stands, the customer is right.

Thanks!
