TA_E_ENABLE_NETWORK_ADAPTERSAnswered

Hi

We have a computer (windows 11) where we keep getting the TA_E_ENABLE_NETWORK_ADAPTERS error.
I have read all the informations given in https://wyday.com/limelm/help/faq/#disabled-adapters .
All network adapters are enabled and the drivers have been uninstalled and reinstalled.
I have checked the integrity of the WMI repository as well with the help of the winmgmt command
We use the latest version of TurboActivate.

What is your advice ? Do you need additional information ?

Install all update to Windows.

Update TurboActivate to the latest version.

Remove all VPN products. They’re worse than useless (despite what youtube influencers / podcasters with 0 tech knowledge say).

Then restart and try again.

If you’re not a customer of ours, have our customer do that work for you. We don’t provide direct support for end-users.

Thank you for your answer.

I did install all Windows updates already.
TurboActivate is already up to date too.
There is no VPN product and the computer have been restarted after every update or driver installation.
I should also mention that I tried to disable the firewall, but that did not help (native Windows11 firewall)

I am customer (on behalf of DigitalEssence)

Answer

You've said “All network adapters are enabled and the drivers have been uninstalled and reinstalled.”, but have they been all updated?

If not, do that for every network device. Make sure to use Windows 11 drivers.

If you're still having problems, provide us with more details. All network adapters. All drivers versions.

Also, ensure you're installing the correct drivers for the correct devices. Some users decide to get creative and do dumb things like install drivers not meant for the adapters.

I'm afraid they have yes, since i've installed the latest version from Intel :
Wifi : Killer(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX1675x 160MHz Wireless Network Adapter (210NGW) Version 22.130.0.5
Ethernet : Killer E3100G 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet Controller Version 1125.5.112.2022
NB: the installer is the same .exe, it installs both wifi and ethernet adpater.

Actually i've just noticed that the Intel driver assistant gets stuck on the "scanning system…" message so there might be something else under the hood.
I've posted on Intel support forum, I'll let you know

PS : You should watch your language speaking about the dumb things users do, this is not reddit
