Thanks, interestingly this did not work but re-installing our software did. Not sure what the problem was, but fixed now!
We have a customer on windows 11 (same laptop activation worked on prior to windows 11 install) who is reciving the network adapter disabled error ('There are network adapters on the system that are disabled and TurboActivate couldn't read their hardware properties…'). The customer assures us they have enabled all network adapters (then disabled and re-enabled to be sure).
We are in the process of compiling a version with the most recent turboactivate version (currently on v4.4.3.0) for the customer to test. However in the mean time, it would be useful if you could advise on any other things they might be able to try based on previous experience. I have looked through previous forum posts but the resolution is usually not clear.
Many thanks
Apply all Windows updates. Update TA. Update all network adapter drivers.
