Says I need a valid licence when I already put one inAnswered

Hi,

I have been using the Lime LM for my licenced Photoshop plugin for 6 years with no issues.

In the last week it will not accept a licence code that I generatre in Lime LM. It keeps saying

‘’You need to enter valid licence code.''

I've tried 4 new licence codes. Please let me know what is going on here.

Gavin,

We've responded by email to your question a number of times already. Asking it here too won't change the results.

You need to update TurboActivate to the latest version.

You need to provided better error reporting in your app (so you actually know what is going on).

This is basic stuff that a first-year software developer can handle. Have your software developers do this.
