wyBuild has been working great but I now have to include a small exe file which needs running prior to install.
I gather I simply add the exe file to 'Temporary folder' in 'Files & Folders' , tick 'Execute file...' and change the radio button to 'before updating has begun.'.
Now seems to work fine with our tests.
My real question is do I need to include this exe file in 'Temporary folder' for every subsquent update?
For example I'm releasing 1.2 and include the exe in 'Temporary folder'. When I then release version 1.3 do I need to include the exe in 'Temporary folder' for version 1.3 for users will be updating direct from 1.1 to 1.3 or will it detect it still needs to run the exe file from 1.2?

Yes, with wyBuild 2.6.x you do. We're adding the behavior of "incremental patches" as an option in wyBuild 2.7 (instead of just "direct patches" in wyBuild 2.6.x). With incremental patches you'll only need to execute that file in one version.
wyBuild 2.7 is still a couple of months away.
