Do you have any reference for using Turbofloat with Adobe/Harmans Air ?

Nope, unfortunately Adobe AIR is a dead language with a dying ecosystem.

If you want you could use the NodeJS TurboFloat example to write it in the Adobe AIR flavor of JavaScript. Or, just switch to NodeJS/Electron.
