This error is caused by the file not being downloaded correct. Either the customer's internet cut out or your server cut out for a millisecond. Either way, the file download failed (and thus was corrupt).
Just tell the user to click retry.
After updating wyUpdate to 2.6.18.4 and distributing new version of our application, our customers are getting the following error message:
Unable to check for updates, the server file failed to load.. bad read of entry 0 from compressed archive.
I checked .wys files on our server and they are OK. What could be causing those errors?
