User "Unable to load library ...TurboActivate.dll specified module could not be found. Application will exit now."

Had 2 users get this just recently, is not online access etc. Most installs all OK.

"Unable to load library ...TurboActivate.dll : The specified modulecould not be found. Application will exit now."

Has anyone had this before?

It sounds like the users deleted the TurboActivate.dll (for what reason I don't know). Tell them to reinstall your app.
