You can't. Is this normal behavior for the user - switching between 32-bit and 64-bit mode?
Hello,
I'm migrating my OSX application from 32 bits to 64 bits.If I start a trial with the 32 bits application, then launch the 64 bits application : the trial shrink to zero.Is that normal ? How to keep the trial period from one app to the another ?
Thank you,Philippe

The user don't switch, I just updated my app from 32 bits to 64 bits.
Ok so if the user updates the application to 64 bits : he will loose its remaining trial days, right ?Do you have a solution on LimeLM side ? Should I create another version on LimeLM ?
Thank you.
When the customer loses trial days you can generate a trial extension for them.
Yes, I didn't think about that. I should manage to reset the trial. At least.Thank you for your help.
One final question : how the offline extension checks that it didn't expire ? Is it based on the system date ?(of course, for online extension, I don't have this problem)
Yes, the system date is checked.
