Adding Terms and Conditions Acceptance window

If we are using the wyUpdate application to manage our updates is there a way to require the user to accept the "Terms and Conditions" in your application prior to applying any updates? I get the feeling after we wrote this that you may suggest we create a separate app which manages retrieving this information prior to the update. However, I wanted to minimize the number of windows that appear during the update (If possible). It would be nice to integrate this into the wyUpdate GUI as an additional screen.
