I have a MSI installtion (setup.exe) written using Installshield. Can i integrated LimeLM with my installation? Will it be secure?
Yes, you can integrate TurboActivate (the part of LimeLM you include with your app) in your installer. Yes it's secure. We don't have an example written for InstallShield, but we can help you out if you need it.

Do i need to implement LimeLM in my application as well? Once the product is activated during installer, how my executables will be secured? My installer/application have only 2 exe's ( a.exe & b.exe) and once the exe's are installed after product activation, customer can just copy only exes to different computer?

If you're using LimeLM & TurboActivate, if your customer installs and activates your product on one computer if they copy the files to another computer they won't be able to use it (unless they buy another license from you).
