Is there a way to control the location of "Open Containing Folder"

I've inherited some scripts that use wyBuild (wyBuild is a pretty cool project BTW). Anyhow, when I press Build Updates, the output goes to a spot on the c:\ drive. I would like to change it.

Is there a way to control that?

While we're at it, is there a way to control it from the command line as well?

I found it. File -> Properties.

Why would you need to change the path by commandline? What are you trying to accomplish?
