I use a test account (free account) for testing before using my production account. I had not used it in a while and just reinstated it. I revoked all of my licenses and made sure that none were still activated. However, when I try to create a new key with an activation it fails with: "You have no more activations left in your Free plan". I do not see any keys that are activated so is this just a bug?
This isn't a bug.
"Activations" really means "allotted activation". So if you have 10 product keys then you have *at least* 10 allotted activation. The way to solve this is to delete the product keys (not possible on the free account, but it is on the paid accounts.
