Yes, you can force a user to update. Simply prevent the user from continuing with your app before the update.

Mandatory update
matiasIt is possible to make the updates mandatory, so the user it always updates the application (silently or asking him, no matter) when starting it. We have a strong business policy that the users must run the last version of the apps.

Define mandatory (or what it means in your specific case). Do you have a client/server type situations where the client has to be a certain version to connect to the server?
