Error code 11

Please when i tried to activate i receive the error code 11

Can you explain these error and why occured?

You didn't give me enough information.

What operating system? (e.g. Windows XP x64?)What version of TurboActivate?What did you use to activate? (Turboactivate.exe or did you do it within your app)

If you're using C/C++ the error codes (with descriptions) are in the TurboActivate.h file. if you're using another language then the appropriate exception is thrown when an error occurs.

Error code 11 is TA_E_COM which is a COM error. This happens because of a computer misconfiguration. See: CoInitializeEx failed.
