Sorry, the extension not adding to the days was my problem. I was using a static value.
My question still stands with how the number of uses of a trial extension is applied. Is it once per user?
Can a trial be extended before it expires? I am trying to determine if users have to wait for the trial period to expire before extending.
In testing:
- I deactivated my Mac- my trial had expired- I applied an extension which gave me 15 days to go- I reapplied the same extension and was told that the extension had already been used. When I created the extension I specified 10 uses! Is the usage count 'once per user'?- I created a new extension with a duration of 30 days- I applied the extension and it was accepted. However my remaining days were still '15 days'.
Thanks

Yes.

Correct. A trial extension can only be used once per user. Just generate another trial extension if the user needs another one. (We don't limit how many trial extensions you can make -- go wild.).
