Files updated but not modified in new version

Hello,I'm testing wyBuild program creating diferent updates. In one test, like updating v.1.1 to v 1.2 I have found a problem.

I have 3 files in the same folder with the same name but different extension. Like: name.bat, name.exe, name.exe.config. I have only modified one of them, but after the update I have realized that all 3 files has been updated.

Is this for any reason? can I update only the one that I need to modify??

This shouldn't happen. Are you just renaming the files in wyBuild (that is, the files are reference the same file on disk?).

Make sure you store each version in it's own version folder. And make sure you add just the files from that version to wyBuild. See: Walkthrough for your first time using wyBuild.
