I got an error while activating in some of my PCs.
Activation Error:
“The language file failed to load. Either the file doesn't exist or it's corrupt.

File: {symbols and Chinese character}”

what is this type of error?

You're passing into the TurboActivate Wizard (a completely optional component) what it thinks is a language file (check the command line parameters you're using). And it's corrupt or doesn't exist.

So… the error is telling you exactly what is wrong.
