Thank you Wyatt, how do I know about the CA cert updates
As I already said, the server already has all the windows updates, including optional updates.
Also, auto-updates are on
We are on version 4.4.4.0
I have a client with a Windows 2012 Server, R2, fully updated. Still I am unable to open wyday.com with the following error. (Stopped working a few months ago.)
Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://wyday.com again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cypher suite such as RC4, which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.
Note that :
- TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 are activated
- There seems to be only Internet Explorer installed for browser on this server.
Any tips… we need to run the Turbo Float Server part of our application on another computer, which complicates updates a lot. We need to find the solution.
Apply all updates, including CA cert updates, then enable automatic updates on the computer.

Also, update TurboActivate.

It's whichever Windows update includes the latest “Let's Encrypt” CaCerts. You'll have to google for specific details. Or, install all optional updates.
