Moneybookers has gone through a major facelift in the last few months. They've been moving things around. We'll update our tutorial later today with the new location of the secret word (wherever they've moved it to), but in the meantime you can email or call Moneybookers and ask them.
Unable to find/set Moneybookers Secret Word
markbfowlerWill you please help me find and set the Moneybookers' Secret Word? How is it used and can I just omit it?
Here is what happens on the MoneyBookers.com web site:- I set up my business account there and login to My Account -> Summary.
- There is no "Merchant Tools" link or page.
- The only place I see "Merchant Services" is if I first click on the "faq" link in the upper-right corner.
- And when I click on "Merchant Services" from the faq page it brings me to marketing page with only option being "Sign Up Today".
- So, I click "Sign Up Today"...and it takes me back to to My Account -> Summary.
Can you help me here?

The "Merchant tools" link is still there. Make sure you're logging in with your "merchant" username. Then click the "My Account" link on the top of the page. The "Merchant tools" is on the left hand side of the page.
