Yes you can use the TurboActivate function "Deactivate(false)" on one machine to deactivate it (while leaving the product key). Then call Activate() on another machine.
Does that make sense?

sorry if this is perhaps covered somewhere I cannot find but is there a way that a licensee could check out a license and then check it back in on a different machine, say for home use, etc. I've seen this feature used in some licensing and it's quite well accepted by them, especially when they would like to have the app loaded on multiple pcs and just use 1 user license to cover them all.
