Unable to register

Hello I've recently purchased wybuild. I have the trial version because i wanted to try it. In the trial it wont let me register. I enter my key and then i press the OK button then it just vanishes. Help? 😐

What just vanishes? Copy and paste the product key we sent you in the email then click OK. Does the trial message disappear?
