Link wyUpdate to Launcher

Is there any way to link wyUpdate to a custom launcher so that the actual controls for wyUpdate are hidden and patches, etc. are all controlled by the Launcher itself?

This describes the AutomaticUpdater in a nutshell. Or are you talking about a custom interface for wyUpdate?
