Hello. I am an end-user, purchased a software that uses TurboActivate. Hoping someone on the forum can be of assistance since the software developer is unable to correct. Software was purchased, developer has given a license key and the software works for about 6/7 days which then TurboActivate will pop up stating the I need to register since the activation period has expired. They developer has suggested several solutions, which I have included below, but none seem to work. I finally convinced them to perhaps issue me a new license key, which they did, but several days later the same message to activate pops up. Is there any suggestions that you may be able to offer? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
Tech supports suggestions:1. Deactivate the computer (not the license) on our end.2. Have him manually run TurboActivate.exe
This should clear registration data on his computer and re-register with a clean slate. If this doesn't do the trick:
1. Deactivate his computer again2. Have him replace TurboActivate.dat with the attached file3. Have him manually run TurboActivate.exe
Or for the same result:
1. Deactivate his computer again2. Have him uninstall the Suite3. Make sure that TurboActivate.dat is deleted from the installation folder (in C:\Program Files\...)4. Have him reinstall the Suite and register normally.
