Old version still available in start menu

So I followed these directions step by step.http://wyday.com/wybuild/help/walkthrough.php

Then I updated my software from version 1.1 to 1.2, it seems to work ok.But when I start the app from Start > Programs > My App, it still brings up the old version.I looked in the installation folder and there is a vs folder 1.2. With the new files.

How do I change the start menu shortcut to the new version?

Wait, why are you adding the "1.2" folder to your wyBuild project? Add the files inside the folder. wyBuild will compare your versions and take care of creating patches.
