When I Am login in the application Its Shows An error that Failed to get the feature value.The Feature does not exist

Are you customer of LimeLM, or are you a customer of a company that uses TurboActivate? If you're a customer of a company that uses TurboActivate, then contact them for support.

Is the product activated? Also, is the feature set for that product key? You can't get feature values from a product that's not activated. Similarly, you can't get a feature value if it's not set on the product key page.

Lastly, the feature names are case-sensitive. That is, "feature" is completely different than "Feature".

The product get activated by replacing the turboactivate dll but i got the follwing exceptionin coding part

"Case Else Throw New GeneralTurboActivateException("Failed to get feature value. The feature doesn't exist.")"

Ya feature was included for that product key.feature name case sensitive also checked?

is the machine registry is problem?downloaded turbo activate dll 2.10 on 29.12.2010 and included in application,created new exe and installed in machinesit worked fine. after login into machine today we unable to login in application due to activation failure.
