We've used and abused it in all kinds of different ways and I just wanted to start this thread to help answer any questions that someone might have for someone like me thats had a stable wyupdate install.
We've never had issues that were not caused by us in some way, and I'm happy to help with any pre-purchase questions or use questions and maybe take some effort of Wy's plate, and to show that this code really does stand the test of time.
MarcDryThanks for the offer! we have an issue on downloading our latest update files from Amazon, from certain clients. First wyupdate is downloading fine with ok speed (+1mb~3mb), but after a while - sometimes looks like when it's extracting and downloading again - the speed drops to 1kb, and then after some 15 minutes an error stating an Adler verification error, though on other clients it goes ok....

We've been using wyBuild for a few years now and have recently run into an issue (mostly in development) where the updater will check for an update, but never return. In our service code we check once per minute, but each time we check, we see that the status is still on checking, so we don't check. We have tried cancelling the check in this scenario, but that does not help.
I'm wondering if this is a caching issue? We're considering moving to the standalone version, but would rather not.
