Controls in wyBuild

Are the controls in wyBuild such as the flat button Open Source? Can they be used in other applications beside the wyUpdate?

All the controls & projects on our open source page are open source. The AutomaticUpdater is licensed under the LGPL license and all others listed on that page are licensed under the BSD license.

You can use them in any program you want.

I did try to load the controls.dll that comes with wyBuild, but it does not have the flat buttons that are used on the Start Page in wyBuild. These buttons have an icon, a Title and description lines. This is the type of button that I need in a project that I am working on.It would be very helpful if you could let me know how and where to look for this button.

Sorry, you can't use "Controls.dll" in your projects. It's not open source, and it's not for general distribution. You are free to use any of our open source components.

OK. I will not be using it. But, do you have some info on the button control on the start page of wyBuild. Is it custom or was is developed from some code that you may be able to give me the link for?

We developed it exclusively for wyBuild.
