TA_GetHandle return 0Solved

I'm static using linking on windows, and use TA_PDetsFromByteArray to load the turboactivate.dat and TA_PDetsFromByteArray return TA_OK. After load the data I use TA_GetHandle to get the handle but it always returns 0. Thanks.
