barrycWhen looking at the details page for a given license key, there are a couple pieces of information that I've been finding myself wishing I had available:
1) In the list of activated seats, it could potentially be helpful to note whether each activation was done online or offline.
2) Would it be possible to add a section to the details page (or expand the current list of activated seats) to include a deactivation history? Instead of just reporting the number of times a licensed seat was deactivated, it'd be nice if we had a timestamp and the IP address the deactivation request came from.
I think it'd be interesting data to look at, but having it on-hand might allow us to ask and answer certain questions like: Should we make it easier for users to deactivate and reactivate licenses on their own? Did we make it too easy, so that it might be happening accidentally? Are there users that might be better served by obtaining an additional licensed seat?
