wyupdate.exe

I have deployed the automatic updater on my windows service, and it works perfectly on my PC. When I tried it on another PC, it did not work.

So I tried to run wyupdate.exe, it told me I needed .net 3.5. My app does not require .net 3.5 only .net 4. Is there a wyupdate.exe for .net 4?
