Updated .folder and .filename content missing after delta pack update

I've run into a situation where it seems my Delta packs are not delivering files that start with a dot (.), nor folders similarly named.

Testing shows that the all-pack will deliver those files/folders.

Since I can see proper functionality in the all-pack, my wybuild config seems right (I.E. the files have been noted in each version) which leaves me out of ideas.

Is there a switch I should know about? Anyone else familiar with a workaround I should employ?
