Need help regards integrating turboactivate dll in app

I am new to turboactivate dll and exe.i am unable to add turboactivate dll and exe in my application .message it is not a com component or an assembly.

and if i used turboactivate class in application the graceperiod days returns 15 .

how to access or use the turboactivate in vb.net windows application..

could u have step by step walkthrough for the turboactivate?
