WyUpdate downloading update twice

Hi,

I notice that WyUpdate cancels and downloads "<product>.all.to.<latest_version>" update after downloading and extracting the "<product>.<last_version>.to.<latest_version>". This results in the clients downloading the update basically twice. Any idea why is this happening?
