Application won�t start after update

Hi After some of my clients run the updater without any problems.The when trying to start the application it wont start, any ideas.I think i cant find the files to unpack after downloade

My guess is that in your update you have failed to provide all the files needed to run your app. You can confirm this by comparing the files and hashes of the files with what *should* be installed.

Hi No that is not the reason, because if i uninstal, then install again, run the same update then it works, but that is all with the same user.

When download of the update where is the files downloaded to and unpacked?

The files are extracted in a temporary folder. It depends on the system and how you're calling wyUpdate.

The problem is likely a 3rd part anti-virus or anti-malware "intercepting" and deleting your files. Uninstall all anti-malware and anti-virus software. Only use Microsoft Essentials / Windows Defender: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14210/security-essentials-download

Also, code-sign your app.
