As of wyBuild 2.6 we don't support Windows CE. We're planning to add it sometime in wyBuild 3.x (more than a year away).
That being said, if you want to modify the wyUpdate source and AutomaticUpdater source in the meantime, you can.
damHi! Are there versions of AutomaticUpdater and wyUpdate that support the .NET Compact Framework? We have some projects running on smart devices (Windows CE) where we would need the automatic update functionality.
