Trial extensions not working anymoreSolved

Since the introduction of the verified trials, all the trial extension codes I send to my customers so they can extend their trial over the original 14 days get rejected saying " invalid code "

Is there something we can do? That used to wok perfectly. Is this thing backward compatible?

Absolutely. The problem is that when you create trial extensions you now have an option:

(a) A trial extension for verified trials.

(b) A trial extension for unverified trials.

You have (a) selected. Select (b). It explains it on the page. You can't use trial extensions for verified trials with unverified trials, and vice versa.
