One of our customers received the API164 error message during offline activation this morning. I am able to reproduce the error during offline activation with TurboActivate Version 5.0.2.0 and Version 4.4.4.0 for Windows. I am running Windows 11 Version 24H2. Online activation is working. Our website where the php files are stored for offline activation was recently moved to a new server. Is there a mechanism for clearing the IP addresses since this error message is related to using the API key from different IP addresses? The last time our IP address changed, I was able to clear the IP addresses so it would pick up the new one. Please advise. Thank you.
