Offline activation deactivated

Hello,

We are using sometimes offline activation from the file (request to file and activate from the file response).Now our customer reports the product is deactivated (and trial expired).Can this happen, while we check with IsGenuineEx() with these settings: options.nDaysBetweenChecks = 90; options.nGraceDaysOnInetErr = 14; options.flags = TA_SKIP_OFFLINE;ie. if TA can't connect to the internet within 14 days.

We are not sure, whether offline activated license behaves differently (ie it does not need internet check).

No, either their computer is changed, or you're using an old version of TurboActivate and their computer is misconfigured.
