Ftp Download Site

How do i set up a download site with the following info:

User: user@mydomain.comPassword: xpasswordFtp: ftp.mydomain.com

I'm doing it this way: ftp://user@mydomain:xpassword@ftp.mydomain.com/Tests/%file% , but i get an error message when trying to connect:

"Could not parse the URL "ftp://user@mydomain:xpassword@ftp.mydomain.com/Tests/wyserver.wys" - it's either malformed or is an unknown protocol."

I've also tried writing just "user" instead of "user@mydomain.com" but it cannot login.

Could anyone help me please?
