unverified trials

Hi,(maybe a silly question)I already posted some questions about verified and unverified trials. Because it is more friendly to give customers an unverified trial my question is the following. I know its not hard to fool unverified trials by deleting some files. Our customers are averaged window users with common skills. Do you think that for this group of users it will be hard to figure this out or is it that easy to figure this out.
