error when using Deactivate in VB.NET

Hi,

I am testing LimeLM and i used the TurboActivate API exampe for VB.NET. In the LimeLM Dashbord i created a product key and activated it succsesfully with the VB.NET example.But when i try to use the deactivate function i get an error that deactivation has failed.The Dashboard also shows that there is no deactivation.What am i doing wrong here.

Did you allow deactivations? You can change this on each product key page or version-wide. Make sense?

If you're still confused then I'll need to see a screenshot of the product key page and a snippet of the failing code.
