User is getting VM/HyperV error message

I have a user that keeps getting the VM/HyperV error message when trying to activate the software. He is not running a virtual machine and has checked multiple times that his Hyper V is disabled. He gave me his specs:

I just payed for your program, and it will not let me activate it.

I keep getting an error message saying: "You cannot activate MC360 NBT Editor inside a virtual machine or a hypervisor .Please use a real computer."
