Activation command does not return anything

Hello,

We have a case with one of our customers that the activation command or license status command or even offline activation does not return anything; they just get a blank output. What could be causing this?

One thing to note, that might be contributing to this is the network setup: NATted box with a private IP, behind firewall, and a different public-facing IP.

Any helo in this regard would be much appreciated.

A whole lot more information is needed. Here are the absolute basics that are needed:

  1. What version of TurboActivate are you using?
  2. What function are you calling?
  3. What is the function returning?
  4. What programming language are you using?

That's just the bare minimum information needed to even start to give useful help.
